Pick'n Pay doesn't care about disabled people.
I am almost sixty years old, physically disabled, living on the South Coast. We recently experienced disastrous flooding causing us to be without any water at all. My car was standing with a dead battery, I had not a drop of water in the house and was desperate to get some water. I saw PnP ASAP was selling 5l jugs of water so I paid for R35 delivery plus R20 driver's tip because I was so desperate for water. I had to wait till the next day for them to deliver. When the driver arrived, there was NO WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had ORDERED and PAID water, they couldn't be bothered to send me my water. I immediately cancelled the order and sent it back with the driver.
I was then FORCED to WALK 4 kilometres, with my physical disability, in agony every step of the way, to go fetch desperately needed water, all because Pick n Pay couldn't be bothered to deliver what I had ordered and paid for.
On top of that, they stole my money that I had paid for this order! I live on a disability pension and Pick n Pay keeping my money and not delivering my order has left me without food! I am disgusted that Pick n Pay would treat a disabled person with such contempt. They are the worst, most vile, useless, *********** business on the planet! I HATE Pick n Pay!!!!!!!
