Pick'n pay customer service ignorance

The customer service in mall of Africa is horrible and the store manager seems to care less about the customers as well, seems like he encourage his staff to do the same. The queues are always long and when you quickly rush to pay at the kiosk or liquor they send you back to the long queue at that time you just wanna pay for one item. Then we have to wait for another hours just to pay. We end up leaving stuff there to go pay elsewhere. It pethetic
