Picked and paid but not delivered - disappointed customer!

On 4 March 2025 I placed an online order for 3 bottles of Jacob’s coffee and a box of marshmallow eggs to be delivered to my mother at her Retirement Village in Summerstrand, Gqeberha. When the parcel was delivered there was no name or delivery note on it and there was one bottle of coffee short - only two delivered.

I was planning a regular delivery of groceries to my mother but based on this experience I am reconsidering my plan.

I emailed Pick n Pay asking them to deliver the missing coffee to the delivery address used for the order. To date there has been no acknowledgement of my email or sign of the missing coffee.

I remain very disappointed by the service and lack of response.
