Pickandpayasap bad promises and no refund

I placed an order with picksndpayasap. They debited my account with The cost of the goods. R1707.32. They then cancelled the order from their side due to being overbooked. This all happened on the 20th September. I am still waiting for a refund or for them to credit the points to my profile so that I can use them. This is despite the fact that I have contacted them daily and being promised by the agents that they have escalated the matter and that it would be sorted out.
