Pick up service sucks
Pick Up Service lacks service....ordered on-line and went at the allocated appointment time to collect the order. The order was not ready, some items not in stock and still waiting for the refund for the ones never received.
Great idea to minimize risk during this period but poor execution by Pick and Pay East Rand Mall. At the end of the day we were more at risk than anything else.

17 Jul 2020, 13:19Dear PnP Team - the charge was only part of the issue. What was supposed to be a quick and seamless process, where we would order on-line, arrive at our appointment time pick up and leave turned out to be a 40 minute exercise. Having to check off items at the customer service desk and then AGAIN when leaving by the security officer. Exposing us to double the risk than if we had done the shopping ourselves. Like I said...great idea....poor execution. Maybe reviewing the service rather than the invoice is what is needed?
