Pick & Pay underhanded and ******* comments

Pick & Pay underhand and *******. When having to give feedback on Hello Peter, they place a comment that it is private. What a lot of *******. The private comment reads P&P will contact you! Which never happens! This way they dont let all clients see their response which is a lot of underhanded.
