Pick & Pay terrible customer service
On 6 February 2020 we sent two complaints to PNP customer care center. The complaints related to tinned Husky dog food we bought from PNP. The dog food was advertised "on special" for R100 for 5 cans, but we were charged R114.98. Also, our dog got ill when fed with one of the cans. On the same day PNP advised us via return e-mail that one of their so called "super heroes" will be in touch with us. On 7 February 2020 PNP advised that they have "escalated" the complaint. Nothing happened and on 17 February 2020 I sent them another e-mail, met by a another response of "super heroes" that will be in contact with us. Nothing happened. Only on 2 March 2020 did we receive a call from PNP enquiring about the tin cans, which we have thrown away a long time ago. No word about the issue that we were overcharged. Absolutely terrible customer service. PNP had outstanding customer service previous years when Raymond Ackermann was still in charge, but it has obviously now gone done the drain completely.
