Pick&Pay Spur promotion

Good day<br> <br> Yesterday I decided to make use of my smart shopper points to take my family out for dinner. There is a promotion is available at selected Spur Steak Ranches which allows smart shoppers to smart switch R25 worth of smart shopper points for a R50 Spur meal voucher. You can switch for multiple vouchers and can use one voucher for every R110 spent (excluding gratuity). This was perfect as it is still a way from pay day! We first went to p&p to switch the points. I went through the whole process and choose the option to switch for the spur vouchers. I then entered how may I would like, and the next screen just told me that there were no vouchers available. I asked one of the ladies in p&p what that meant. She confirmed that the promotion was no longer available. How can this then still be advertises in the media and internet, and the option be available when you swich points. Well we were a very dissapointed family when we head home.
