Pick & Pay special sucks

Pick qnd Pay Bedford Centrs advertises a special on 2 x charcoal and 1 x firelighters for R100, but after standing in a que for 20mins and you get to the cashier and asked why you had to pay the full R195.00 vs the R100.00 special you get told it is only for Smartshopper card holders and because you don't have your card with you, you don't get the discount. Looking at the cashier's body language, I wasn't the first one caught out this way. This sucks and I believe you've caught out many more people with this small print condition. Lost all my trust in you. Will rather shop at Woolworths.
