Pick & Pay selling products infested with Parasites

On 2 occassions a mpnth apart , i have Purchased some Paddy products and they were Infested with parasites / small bugs from Pick & Pay Claremont Cpt, I logged a complaint directly with them, then management wanna silence me by offering me double the products value as compensation, like seriously? How much people have gotten sick from you selling products like that?... now you clear your shelves of the product to cover your ass. Your products bugs have basically infested my grocery cupboards and ruined all my food stuffs, but you offer me less than R100 bucks of which your gross negligence has costed me more
