Pick & Pay regularly overcharge at paypoint!

Very frequently Pick & Pay retail store charges more for items to what the item is marked down for!

I bought sausage rolls on 20.01.18 from Pick & Pay family store, Kilburn, Horison, Roodepoort. It was marked down R69.99 but when I paid at the paypoint I was charged R74,99. After a long period in which they verified the marked down price they refunded me with the R5.00 I was overcharged with.

I explained to the manager many other customers do not even check their till slips as I have done and was actually ****** of R5.00. He rep**** it is the head office which changes prices and it is not their responsibility!

I feel every P&P retail store should at least reward a customer for pointing this ******* activity out to them.
