PICK ' PAY PROTEA GLEN MALL -Withdrawals Gatekeepers

I love the idea of retailers working with Banks for withdrawals as this cuts the need of queueing for a long extended period, whereas this transactions needs to take more or less 10mins. Pick 'n Pay on the other hand will make you regret asking them to assist with withdrawals, as the staff members mainly in the kiosk will have their mood changed as if your asking for "free money" whereas this is part of the services they offer. It's as of we (withdrawers) are a nuisance to them. This is happening for the second time to me and at first I thought I'd let it slide and not over react but this is just disrespectful and incompetence at the highest level.

I don't think I'll ever come to the Protea Glen branches not recommended people to withdraw their HARD EARNED money there.
