Pick & Pay Parrot food

I purchased a 3kg bag of parrot food on December 16 2025 to prevent running short during the holiday period. I opened the packet on 15 January 2026 and my parrot ended up ill due to amount of dust in the food, the people who were handling the food were sneezing and coughing due to the dust content.

Pick & pay refuse to do anything about this as the item is out of the return window, they couldn't care less that my parrot could have died due to the quality of this food! NEVER AGAIN
