Pick & Pay Park Meadows Kensington disgusting service via SDSP

Disgusting service & food from Pick & Pay Park Meadows Kensington. I ordered ASAP food online today 8 July 2023. I ordered Shin for soup with the Marrow bone in meat. I received the Shin meat with the Marrow bone cut out. It looks like "dead rats" disgusting! What you order online is not what you get! I tried phoning P&Pay Park Meadows several time and it says the number does not exist. This is so frustrating. I'm a pensioner with 2 Teenage children I look after, their Mother my daughter passed away in January. The children were waiting for me to cook the soup but that did not happen due to Pick & Pay disgusting delivery. You phone the customer care line (costing me airtime) and they give you empty promises which do not happen. This is the worst service ever! I would not suggest anyone ordering anything online from them. They take your money quickly but do not deliver the goods. This is not the first time this has happened! I wish I could post the picture of the meat they advertise then the picture of the meat I received!
