Pick & Pay online hick up. A pathetic performance guys

Every month a buy online. Twice now my order was not filled. Yet on both occassions have i paid in full. Clealry a matter of raising the billing when porder is placed and not when order is picked. I spoke to someone on the 23rd of last month that promised me a refund within 5 days. See *** for two orders ***1 and ***3 (you owe me a substantial amount of money now)

a Poor show P&P. Time to get your act together. And BTW your customer care line does not work!!!
