Pick & Pay Olympus

Pricing is incorrect on items, discounts do not reflect on system. Had four separate incidents in the past week. at the Olympus Pretoria store. Laid a complaint via your care line this afternoon but the consultant put me through to the store instead of addressing my complaint. I had previously complained to the floor manager Willie but the issues were not resolved. In the past week I encountered incorrect pricing on four different visits to the store and I was kept waiting at the till on every occasion since the staff do not know what is on special and insist on arguing with the customer, the one teller Olga even swopped the items I purchased without my knowledge so that it will reflect the correct pricing. I had to make another trip to the same store to return these items. Store is Olympus in Pretoria.. Seems like HO is not interested in customer issues.
