Pick & Pay Lifestyle Centurion

I ordered a kettle via Mr D App from Pick & Pay Centurion Lifestyle, was sent a broken kettle in the box. I'm now given the run around and no one is taking responsibility for this. I have made 15 phone calls between yesterday and today and Maureen, Pearl and Thando just lie. I asked for the store manager Walde Pienaar and he does not answer his phone. Shocking and disgusting to say the least. Please send me a proper working kettle or give my money
