Pick & Pay Fourways Mall - Close That Store, Rent the Space to A Store Who Really CARES & Does Not Rob Customers!!!

To avoid from being continuously ****** by that Store, I feel it best for Myself & My pocket, to turn a blind eye to Pick & Pay whenever visiting Fourways Mall.

I’m starting to question if the tellers are getting a percentage from the Store, after robbing the Customers.

It is so pathetic, as it is not an error made once; it’s a recurring, monotonous story ALL THE TIME, whenever visiting that Store!

I end up having Never-ending “fights” with tellers, including Management [whom cast a blind eye to what is happening], who do not give two hoots about the Customer!

Tellers who seem to be on the verge of attack toward the Customer/s, after being requested to sanitize checkout countertops!

Management who Stare into Space and Smirk when a complaint is laid.

Their bluntness, rudeness and none etiquette manner toward Customers is atrocious!

Forgetting it’s thanks to the CUSTOMERS that THEY have JOBS!!

The ******* List is lengthy, Here’s but a few;

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR **** SPECIALS-IT IS A HOAX!

P&P advertisers, two baby garments for R50; BOLDLY LABLED ON EACH ITEM. Customer gets to the till, each garment gets deducted as 29.99 each. Amounting to R60 for Two!! IS IT A MATTER OF R5 to the STORE & R5 TO THE TELLER? After Robbing the CUSTOMER/s!

When questioned, the response is; It’s Not the same items; However the items are Identical garments , as in Exact Match, Size & Colour!. [ This left me Astonished]

Then it’s the two loaves of bread on “Special”’for R26; FORGET about the “SPECIAL”! if you the Customer FAIL TO TAKE NOTE of what is happening, those ****** will swipe, to get that extra amount into their pockets.

Same day the “Specials” have been advertised, that stores shelves will be empty. When queried, response from Management; Apologies, out of stock! [rewind, push, start, play] Unlike other stores, who will take the Customers Contract Details to inform when stock will be arriving, or recommend the Customer to return and purchase for the same price advertised; That store does not even offer to check their Store Rooms!

Customers, BE ALERT, mark your goods/items , when packing into your trolley & Keep your eyes on those tellers as they swipe your goods!

Do not let Pick & Pay, Fourways , Take YOU for a FOOL!

YOU WORKED HARD FOR YOUR MONEY!

This Customer, Does not not need the Treatment & Sickening Pathetic Services from Pick & Pay, Fourways Mall, NO THANK YOU!!
