PICK & PAY EXPRESS TILL CASHIER BULLYING CUSTOMER

Yesterday evening i went to cash out my lottery ticket, buy some electricity & milk at the Pick & Pay in The Wheel. When i got to the express till cashier she told me that she was offline with electricity. I told her that i will be leaving the milk then can she please rather just cash out the ticket. She told me to 1st go put back the milk where i found it....in the fridge. I told her that it is not my job to do that & then she said \you wont get your money then". She served over 10 other people who were in the queue and i looked around for a floor manager but couldnt see any. Then i took my ticket back & walked out. When i got to the door i realised that the lotto ticket had a cash receipt on it but i had not received any cash. I went back inside and informed a lady who was standing with the packers. She took the ticket & went to give it back to the obnoxious express till cashier. Again i stood there"
