Pick & Pay - Elgin Mall "BAD SERVICE PROVIDER"
<p>Can this branch please take the community into consideration with their delivery trucks. It is unacceptable to have goods deliver before midnight until 4am in a residential area. If Pick & Pay cannot behave, can they rather close down, and the community can have a vote for a Spar to open. Their behaviour is totally unacceptable. </p>
