Pick & Pay does not want wheelchair customers in their stores/

I am in a wheelchair. Yesterday I went to Pick & Pay Meerensee in Richards Bay. When I wanted to go pay for my goods at the till (that was pointed out to me as wheelchair friendly on my first visit to this store ) . I could NOT get to the till as there were goods stacked in the way that would just allow a trolley to go through but NOT a wheelchair. I had to go to the entrance/ Exit door and back track to the other side of the till to pay for my goods. I was upset and asked to see the manager. She apologized and said they would rectify the problem. I accepted that. Today I went back to that same P&P to buy something and Lo And Behold NOTHING BUT NOTHING was done to rectify the matter. I could NOT get to the till with my wheelchair. It is obvious that this manager and for that matter Pick & Pay do not see people in wheelchairs as customers and see us as an irritation !!!!!!! Thank you P&P you have seen the last of me and I will make sure the rest of the wheelchair community gets to know about your attitude. You should actually be ashamed but I know you will just laugh this off. Shame on you !!!
