PICK & PAY CRESTA /RACHEL

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT to PICK & PAY CRESTA - RACHEL. 🌹💯I have had an AIM HEATER from pick & pay for years - - EXCELLENT WORKING ORDER etc but unfortunately with 2 BROKEN wheels on either side of the heater - - making standing uneven & as a result dangerous for me as a pensioner. I had been to BUILDERS X3 - - MIDAS - GELMAR - - - CHAMBERLAINS & LEROY MERLIN - - - Without success as this style of heater has a specific bracket that comes as a whole kit making wheel replacement impossible unless sourcing wheel brackets online & SHIPPING them to SA. I called in as part of my 2 week search at LICK & PAY CRESTA - - where I met RACHEL 🌹SHE DIDN'T, hesitate to offer help - - - told me to bring my heater in - - which I did 2 days later - - she offered to switch the wheels for her wheels on the same style heater in her office. I took it to her & left it with her gent to attach the wheels to be exchanged while I went for coffee. On my return she put her complete (newer) heater also AIM. - - into my trolley in TOTAL EXCHANGE for my heater 💯❤️🙏I was shocked at receiving such kind & thoughtful assistance from a store - - especially these days - - I would just like to thank her for her act of kindness & consideration after having traveled ALL OVER RANDBURG area to try to fix this problem myself as winter was in FULL Swing already. Thank you PICK & PAY CRESTA /RACHEL. for making my day 🙏❤️💯🌹what a huge relief & at no cost to me in doing so.
