Pick ' Pay Cosmo City Complain.

I sent my hubby to go buy microwave at pick n pay Cosmo city shopping center, he came with an AIM or AMI brand, not sure. I sent him back to Pick n pay to change the microwave and take Russell Hobbs since its a well known brand and it lasts longer. 3 weeks later after purchasing the microwave it stopped working. The tabs / buttons works well but its not warming up food. My hubby took it back to pick n pay Cosmo City Shopping Center, I was disappointed because I thought he would be given a new microwave since its not even a month old. Another 3 and a half weeks later, there is still no microwave, no update, no call, nothing. This is totally unprofessional. They can't even tell you a simple thing, their turnaround time. I demand a new microwave since it is new and approved by ICASA. I demand a better service than this. I demand a call from pick n pay to come and get a new microwave.

When my hubby went to the store today 14 Nov 21,he was told that they will call him. When? We don't know, is that fair Mara?
