Pick & Pay Clothing

Pick & Pay clothing Riversquare worst service. No where are fitting rooms available, no where does it say no returns on underwear such as a bra. Didnt fit wanted to swap, and got told no, lady said I can try it on over my clothes.. Where?? in the middle of the store.. cant try on but no returns..ridiculous!!!
