PICK & PAY ASAP - USELESS
PIck and Pay ASAP is not an ASAP service, please refrain from using them. Not the first time I had to call to try and find out what has happened to my order or the order gets delayed by a few hours. Last time, placed an order at 12:25 and was told after I called in at 15:35, that my order came back as undeliverable and there was no one at the premises. It is an office building with the door wide open and my car in the drive way. Now one has to wait for your money being put back into the wallet and if you don't want to use their service again, like I sure as hell won't, have to wait 3 - 5 business days for your money to be paid back to you.

Alternatively, you can EFT the funds to your bank account by logging into the app and by clicking on the "account" option in the bottom right corner on the app.
From here you will click "My card & wallet" and it should redirect you to a screen that looks like the example below.
Select "Payout" in order to transfer your credit into your bank account.
Kindly note that refunds do take up to 3-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) when transferring to your bank account. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused to you.
