Pick & Pay asap refunds - a ****

I made a purchase using the ASAP service on the 20th April 2022. My order was never delivered. I called their call centre immediately after receiving the notice that my order was delivered. Spoke to Byron. After that i made several calls to the call centre, sent several emails to their customer service department... today is the 6th May 2022 and I have still not received my refund as promised. I will be making contact with directors and board members next...
