Pick & Pay ASAP - Poor Service

I ordered with Pick & Pay ASAP late yesterday 24/05/2026 and intentionally spent more than R500 so that I could get a scratchcard. On Receiving my order I noticed that there was no Scratch card and immediately contacted the Call centre. I was assisted by someone who placed me on hold for more than 9 minutes. She returned my call and asked if I would be able to collect the card from the Store ... what's the purposes of ordering online if you are still requested to drive to the store. She then sent a "Virtual scratchcard" which I now have to spend another R350 to access ..... Pick & Pay ASAP's neglect is worsening. Disgusted Customer
