PICK PAY ASAP OUT OF STOCK AND REFUNDS

I did online orders a few times, the first time there was an out off stock item and my money was refunded with in 24 hours , the last 3 orders I have ordered 2 weeks later I still haven't received anything. I did another online order on Saturday 26th Sept I spent over R1000 and half off the stock they didn't have, no I went and spent the last money I have to buy meat for our household which they didn't have, so now I am sitting with nothing in my freezer and still no refunds?I have made numerous phone calls and send numerous emails and I and just not getting my money. I will never ever buy from PICK PAY ASAP again.

Who is going to feed my family this week?As we budget and now I don't have any money to buy our meat supplies for this week.

my order no's *** 20th September I paid R1300 i was charged R1150.90 Still no refund off the difference 24th September order no *** I paid R1400 total charged R1127.61 for stock that was out of stock still no refund 26th September order no *** I paid R1145.47 Invoice was for R602.64 still haven't received my refund. I phoned my bank and I sent out letters from pick pay and they keep on saying its from Pick Pay side that needs to implement.NOTHING IS BEING DONE.I am going from piller to post.I need this to be sorted out as I dont have any meat nor mooney to feed my family.
