Pick ', Pay asap for NEVER!

I've placed an order of a few items on PicknPay asap since yesterday afternoon. I have not received my order till today. I called PicknPay asap and everytime they promised to assign a new driver to deliver my purchase. Next thing my delivery time has been updated to tomorrow again. How ridiculous? I could have went directly to the store if I knew that their interpretation of asap means NEVER!

I'm so disappointed in their services.

They don't even respond to Customer Service emails requesting for my refund atleast? Nothing!
