Pick & Pay ASAP

1st order- I ordered items online and the driver arrived with a wrong order. It was sent back with the assurance it would be rectified. After almost a month of constant emails I recieved a partial refund with no explanation to why. I placed a second order to be delivered st a clinic where I work. According to pick and pay the order was delivered at the security but nothing was recieved. I emailed them the name of the clinic and a photo of the building. After several emails I was told that the order was delivered at security but it wasn't. There is cctv cameras at the gate that show no sign of them. I emailed them constantly again and still no reply and no order and no refund recieved. I'm R400 out of pocket as to date with no hope of receiving anything.
