Pick pay and Tyme bank are *****ing customers

I ordered on the asap app, and some items where out of stock, and they then credited the money into my wallet, I then withdrew the money back to my TYME bank account and between Tyme bank and pick npap , they refusing because it has been over 3 weeks of back n forth.
