Pick nPay personnel discounts are a watse of time

Why offer personnel discounts on our cards when we try and claim them we do not get them because the system is off-line. Like today no app can connect the website not accessible. I have decide to stop shopping at Pick n Pay from today although I believe their prices are better but the service stinks
