Pick n.pay app soucks with refunds, no*** and no:no***

I have been using the Pick n Pay app since last year. Unfortunately there were moments that I ordered and I receive other items but money was deducted from my account and they refuse to pay me back what's due to me. They always tell me, I have been paid. I even showed them my bank statement which they requested a stamped bank statements but they still refuse to pay me back. This was an order I placed last year till today no refund was transferred to me.

I had another similar experience in April 2023 happened. I didn't receive 3 items which the money was deducted again. Till today the 22May I haven't received any payment.

This is day light *******, I truly regret why downloaded the app. Cause it's costing me more money to follow up and time.
