Pick n'Pay
Last Friday after my purchase, printer on the till slip"Sunday 18th November is the last day to get your free R5 stickers. So I asked the cashier what happens if the card is not full, she I an still cash it before the end of December 2018. So I tried to cash the card and was told cannot due to it is not full. I checked with the manager and she said and I asked now what. the reply was tough. So I spent R150 + to get these stickers and now it is a worth nothing. 'cause its not full this is total *******. I'm a daily shopper at pick n pay. thank sathish

Thank you for choosing Pick n Pay & taking the time to write to us Please accept our apologies for the delay in response and any inconveniences caused to you. We we unable to respond to your post earlier due to a technical issue. Many of our customers did reached out to us looking for ways to put away a little for the festive season or for ways that they could help a friend.
Our team has come up with this promotion to assist our customers and their loved ones and also gave our customers the option to collect extra stamps with certain products. Unfortunately the booklets could only be cash out once completed as per the T's & C's of this promotion. We appreciate your feedback and value you as a loyal Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.
Kind Regards, Pick n Pay Team
