Pick Nd Pay Emoyeni Mall, if I lose my job it would be becouse of Mr Mantlhane and Vusi managers

I normally make bulk orders for mince meat quarterly. I last orderd and paid about R23000 and my order is still not yet completed even today. For the past 2 months, I have been calling the store manager Mr Mantlhane and the butcher manager Vusi to know when can I collect and they would give me false information. Since I have decided to nolonger call them. None of them communicate anything. The sad part is I'm buying for a school and since there is no stock, Iam the one to be blamed as if I stole those goods yet I never recieved them. My job is on the line due to this transaction. Please help. Pick and pay at Moyeni mall.
