Pick ‘n Py Nirvana

Pick ‘n Pay Nirvana staff has bad customer service. I went in today and was drinking a red bull which I bough there yesterday. There was a lady by the name Pheliswa standing close to the door I raise my can so she can notice me and stamp my can since there was no security at the door and she intead gave me one look and walked away. When I went in to confront her about her behaviour she’s arguing and exchange words with me. I told her her attitude is very wrong but she kept going on and on and talking. This is a disgusting behavior. Your staff are not well trained or not trained or either not trained at all. I’ve worked in retailed for more than 15years and you don’t exchange words with a customer, you take responsibility and come up with a solution. This is disrespectful.
