Pick n Psy SmartShopper Card

I'm very unsatisfied and disappointed with Pick n Pay. I can't use my points on my card and when I try to solve it on the Pick n Pay WhatsApp they tell me I don't have all my details.When I reply what other details they require then I don't get any feedback. Be carefull to get a new Pick n Pay Smart Shopper card
