Pick 'n Pray you can Pay

Great store with fresh produce and friendly staff but how does a customer do their shopping and pay? There are customers queuing down the aisles waiting to pay. This makes shopping very difficult. If you want the customer's money perhaps you should open a few more tills? 8 tills were closed at 11:45 this morning. Does management notice how many customers walk in, look at the queues and walk out? How many staff are putting goods back on the shelves because customers gave up any hope of paying? Load shedding at 12:00 so that would not have helped your sales. I have complained before. From 9:00 - 11:30 on Monday, it is easy to pay but not much on the shelves. I have a guest house half a block from Shelly Centre. I tell guests PnP is better than any other supermarket in Shelly Beach but they will need a lot patience. People don't want to waste hours in a supermarket queue. They don't do it at home. Why should they do it here? That's why I call it \Pick 'n Pray you can Pay". Please put a sign at the entrance: \""We don't want your money! We want your time\"". """
