Pick n Pay's Service

While I seek now to shop at the new Checkers at the Constantia Emporium, I do find it necessary to occasionally shop at Pick n Pay Constantia Village, where I am forced to endure the exceptionally rude service from the staff, who do not even look at you, let alone smile or speak to you. The management team are invariably disinterested and unhelpful, and the Store manager is nowhere to be see. This is made more noticeable having shopped at Checkers, where the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the manager can usually be seen walking around the store, available to interact with customers. While Pick n Pay are often out of stock in common items, the manager at Checkers goes out his way to ensure you can obtain all you need in his shop.
