Pick n Pay's poor computer service

Pick n Pay's ASAP website is useless. I get PicknPay free purchase Rands from Daily Maverick. I have been a PicknPay customer and used its normal delivery service successfully with the required logons. As soon as I tried ASAP it would not accept my log ons and now nothing does. Then I am sent a long list of things to check. I tried them without any success. It is amazing everyone else seems to do this without any problem. PicknPay was very late delivering this service and it still cannot get it right. Checkers and Woolworths work without any problem
