Pick n pays Groblersdal injustice service

would like to lay a serious complain regarding pick n pay in Groblersdal the horrific labor abuse i saw yesterday 06/11/2021 caught me off guard. The was only 1 teller at the kioski , the main groceries tills were fully occupied with customers but less tellers each teller had to pack and still service 1 client by them selves without a packer which took more time . the manager was no where to be found at the time of my complain and we were there for more than an hour. the was not even a packer available to assist with the tellers which did not make any sense to me, this is a popular store which was not fully stuffed even though they know very well that each day more and more customers are using the store. mind you no Covid 19 regulations were even adhered. certain client were not even wearing mask. the poor tellers looked exhausted from all the hard work they do. This is an injustice to workers rights as well as our customer service. I would like the store to hire more stuff and allow shifts to take place as this kind of service is an injustice and nun satisfactory.
