Pick n Pays false advertising

Certain Pick n Pay stores had a Russell and Hobbs breakfast pack(kettle and toaster) on sale. I checked on the stores website and saw that the Vincent Park store had it in stock. I went to the store and the manager Renado told me that head office hadn't sent them stock of the item even though it was listed as on special and in stock at the store. He then took it upon himself to promise to get me the item from a different store at the same advertised price. That was 4 weeks ago. Since then, all I've been getting from him is the runaround. Just because Pick n Pay advertises an item does not mean that they have it or even carry it at the store. Could be them just trying to get us to go to their stores. What a waste of time and petrol
