PICK N PAY'S DISGRACEFUL REFUND **** - HOLDING MY R1914 HOSTAGE!

ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS with Pick n Pay's *********** refund system! I've been waiting WEEKS for a R1914 refund that their app claims should take only 3 DAYS! I've repeatedly requested this refund through their app, but apparently they think they can just hold onto MY MONEY indefinitely! Their app keeps making false promises about the 3-day refund period - what a joke! This is completely unacceptable and borderline *****ulent behavior from a major retailer. How hard is it to process a simple refund?! If you value your time and money, THINK TWICE before using Pick n Pay's services. They're quick to take your money but impossible when it comes to giving it back. Will be taking this up with consumer protection if not resolved immediately. SORT IT OUT, PICK N PAY! 🤬
