pick n pays boiler plate ****s say they going to help and do nothing
Pick n pay dont follow through. they come on here and say someone will get in touch with you and they send boiler plate ******* email and do nothing about your complaint and when your mail you get no reply. its a ****. Pick n pay dont give a **** about their customers. as long as they making money they dont care.
I made a complaiont about a few things and nothing was done. I complained about the nesquick i bought and nothing was done.
My next step is to make a youtube video and post it on X and tiktok to show people what products you selel and how nothing is done about complaints because i have the proof.

24 Oct 2024, 15:59see same boiler plate reply as always and a ticket created and it goes no where because its all nonesense like the broadcasting complaints commission. you get boiler plate on purpose to make you just not interested in following up on anything. i was even told this by a bcc employee.. its the same here.. they didnt even make their reply public. wants to hide the boiler plate. i should really make a video of all the complaints and trickets and how it goes no where and put them on media for whole world to see their chinanigans
