PICK N PAYHEAD OFFICE HIDING THEY'RE INFECTING SOUTHGATE CUSTOMERS

Pick n Pay Southgate Liquor discovered a Covid19 case on Monday 29/06/2020. They closed the store at 16:00 instead of 17:00 as a result. The handling of this was dealt bwith very poorly. There were still customers buying inside the store some with troleys even! There were no officials or any form of sanitising happening! When we tried entering the store at 16:14 as there was a sign saying they close at 16:30 instead of 17:00. A very rude security guard from JB or JP security company named Khuliso pushed us back saying we must stand outside. When we asked why he said they were closed now. When we showed hin the time to be 16:15 not 16:30 he said well they are closed and we must leave! When we asked again he rudely told us to leave. As we were arguing with him the store manager Reggie came and told us to please not try enter the store as they have a Covid19 case! He is the one that explained decently to us instead of that security who put our lives at risk by not exolainu=ing the store was contaminated with Covid19. We later called Pick n Pay head office tel: *** to confirm what time Covid19 was discovered as we'd been there earlier. Switch board trf us to person in charge of stores and rang till it cut off. Rang them again & same thing happened. Tried calling them again today and their switchboard African woman kept cutting me off. When I asked her name she cut me off. When I called again she kept me on hold for 7 minutes till i cut the call. I have all call records of how long Pick n pay has kept on hold! SO PLSE TELL ME WHAT TIME THE COVID19 CASE WAS DISCOVERED AT YOUR SOUTHGATE STORE ON 29/06/2020 SO I CAN GO FOR TESTING IF NEED BE. PLSE ALSO MAKE A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL YOUR SOUTHGATE CUSTOMERS(20/06/2020) TO GET TESTED!
