Pick n pay = Zero customer service. Shocking apathetic behaviour

Once again pick n Pay online has completely showed their utter disregard for paying customers. I placed an order for deliver..which firstly gets a delivery date a few days later... Followed by an email on the day of a supposed delivery which will arrive between 5-7pm (2/12). No delivery by 8pm. Try calling customer care...no answer. Send emails. No response. It is now 3/12 16:30. .still no delay very. Call their customer care, everyone refers to another dept . Excuses deluxe. Promises of calls to confirm delivery ..no calls come... They do not understand the meaning of customer service.
