Pick n Pay, you have lost a customer

This is not the first time I'm complaining about Nelson & Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town. I bought a Goldair glass kettle, in November 2023, (still under guarantee), & it is rusting at the bottom of the kettle, in the water compartment, & it is unhealthy to use, I took said kettle to said store, this morning, & eventually, Nelson saunters over to me, well, the look on his face, it was as if, I'm doing him a favour by being his customer, I explained the rust, & also showing him the kettle, he flatly refused to help me any further, saying that they can't exchange the kettle, what a load of bull****, Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, you have lost a customer to the new Spar, Wynberg, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, Pick n Pay, I don't want your apologies etc, how do you intend to resolve this in a positive manner????
