Pick n Pay you are disappointing

Order ***. 1. The delivery arrived with one item missing. 2. Some of the items were charged incorrectly. When I added them to my cart they were at the promotional price but as soon as I checked out the price was different. The promotional price is still active but you charged me more than what you were supposed to I emailed twice but you couldn't be bothered
