Pick n Pay worst shop ever

i cant believe these people at pick n pay are still working there the staff are always rude and ****** i laid a complaint before and was told it will be rectified. i have endless trouble getting help with lotto and now the latest is i cant get a capitec cash send from them but they advertise they do it. im going to go to the herald news paper about this once was ok the second time i laid a complaint now im taking action.
