Pick n Pay WORST service

March of this year my car got hit by a heavy duty trolly at Pick n Pay Kliptown sowto. my car was parked in the correct spot however the trolly being a heavy duty trolly wasnt supposed to parked. Pick n Pay and its insurer had been giving me the around since than to date. They now telling me that the trollys are not owned by Pick n Pay therefore might not pay. I have running after them for months, still stuck with a damaged car and no answers.
